About
Ankit Uniyal is a senior governance, risk and compliance (GRC), information security and AI governance professional based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He works across enterprise risk, information security programmes and AI risk and governance for organisations operating under regulatory scrutiny.
He has around ten years of experience across Big Four consulting and in-house roles in banking, healthcare and fintech, including PureHealth Group, Oman Arab Bank, Equifax, Deloitte and PwC. His work covers ISO 42001, the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF implementation, alongside ISO 27001, SOC 2, ADHICS, DoH, UAE IA, CBUAE and PDPL requirements.
His certifications include CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 42001 Lead Auditor and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, together with AAISM, CSA STAR Auditor and Certified GDPR Officer.
